Welcome, we would like to introduce you to Carnayo Restaurant and Catering. The Chef and Owner, Spyros Tranakas is originally from Paxos, he studied for many years in various countries and has now returned to his homeland where he has opened his restaurant. It is open daily from 5pm, throughout the year. The menu is based on traditional Greek recipes that he has adapted. Using fresh ingredients many of which come from the restaurant’s garden he is able to offer a contemporary twist to dishes that have been handed down over many generations. The restaurant is also able to offer many good wines, Spyro is able to recommend local labels that could well become a firm favourite. The restaurant is also able to offer the following services: Delivery service Fresh cooked dishes can be delivered to your villa between the hours of 6pm and 8pm. 24 hours notice is required. Please see the menu attached. Rent a Chef Maybe you have a special occasion where you require some favourite dishes prepared at your villa? Your own personal Chef can come and cater for you. 3 days notice is required and the service is charged at €25 per hour (ingredient’s charged in addition to this). Favourite beverage that you would like whilst you are on holiday! Spyro is able to order that particular wine, champagne or spirits, also cigars. One weeks notice is required.
